Fury of Anubis uses the 6x5 pays-anywhere grid: eight or more matching symbols anywhere on screen pay, then clear, then new symbols tumble in. What sets it apart is that the multiplier is predictable. Every base game spin starts at 1x. The first tumble win takes it to 2x, the next to 4x, then 8x, 16x and so on, doubling with each consecutive win up to 1,024x. There are no multiplier orbs to hope for. If the tumbles keep coming, the multiplier keeps doubling.

That design is why the game is rated medium volatility despite a 10,000x max win. Roughly one spin in four returns something, so a R2 session does not run as cold as the high volatility candy titles. The catch is that the multiplier resets to 1x at the start of every base game spin, so a single tumble win at 2x is worth exactly that, and the big numbers need four or five wins chained in one spin.

The free spins round changes the starting point. Three, four, five or six scatters award 10 spins, and instead of 1x the multiplier opens each spin at 8x, 16x, 32x or 64x depending on how many scatters triggered it. It still doubles with each tumble from there. Before the round starts you can take a 50-50 gamble to double the starting value, up to 256x. Lose it and the round starts lower. Scatters inside the round reset the count to 10 spins and multiply the start by 2x to 16x.

The bonus buy starts at 100x the stake for free spins opening at 8x, with higher-priced tiers that buy a higher starting multiplier. At R2 a spin the cheapest buy is R200. The 96.52% RTP does not move with it. Scorebet carries the Pragmatic Play catalogue under a Northern Cape Gambling Board licence, and Fury of Anubis is the pick for a player who wants a multiplier they can count rather than one they have to wait for.

What the features do

  • Tumbling reels: winning symbols clear, new ones fall in, and the spin continues for as long as new wins form
  • Doubling tumble multiplier: every spin starts at 1x and doubles with each consecutive tumble, 2x, 4x, 8x, all the way to 1,024x
  • Free spins: 3, 4, 5 or 6 scatters give 10 spins starting at 8x, 16x, 32x or 64x instead of 1x
  • Retrigger: 3 to 6 scatters inside the round reset the count to 10 and multiply the starting multiplier by 2x to 16x
  • Gamble: a 50-50 chance to double the round's starting multiplier before it begins, up to 256x
  • Bonus buy: 100x the stake buys the free spins with an 8x starting multiplier, with dearer tiers for higher starts

Before you spin

  1. The multiplier only matters on the second win onward. One tumble win pays at 2x; it is the third and fourth that pay.
  2. Think twice about the gamble. Doubling 8x to 16x is tempting, but a lost gamble halves every win in the round that follows.
  3. Six scatters at 64x is rare. Three scatters at 8x is the normal trigger, so budget for that round, not the best one.
  4. At R2 a spin the 100x buy is R200 for ten spins that each start at 8x. Compare it with what 100 base spins would have cost.

Fury of Anubis questions

What is the RTP of Fury of Anubis?

96.52% on the standard version. Operators can run 95.51% or 94.52% settings, and the figure is a long-run average, not a session promise.

How does the tumble multiplier work?

Each spin starts at 1x. Every consecutive tumble win doubles it, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x and so on, up to 1,024x. It resets to 1x when a new base game spin begins.

What do the free spins start at?

Three, four, five or six scatters award 10 free spins with a starting multiplier of 8x, 16x, 32x or 64x. The multiplier still doubles with each tumble from that starting value.

What is the max win on Fury of Anubis?

10,000 times the stake. At R2 a spin that is R20,000, and it needs a high starting multiplier plus a long tumble chain inside the free spins.

Can I play Fury of Anubis in South Africa?
