1.   Betting Eligibility

1.1        Eligibility Requirements:

To apply for an account or place bets with ScoreBet, a person must meet the following criteria:

(i) Must be a natural person (corporate entities are not allowed to bet).

(ii) Must be at least 18 years old.

(iii) Must complete the account application form accurately and in full, and must be accepted as an account holder by ScoreBet.

(iv) Must not be listed on the register of excluded persons under the National Gambling Act, No. 7 of 2004.

(v) Must not be in breach of ScoreBet's Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Application and Acceptance:

Any person completing the betting account application form warrants that they have read, understood, and accepted ScoreBet Terms and all Rules related to betting on the site.

By completing the application form, the person requests ScoreBet to:

(i) Enter into an agreement under these Terms to provide betting services for horseracing, sporting events, and other lawful contingencies ("the Services").

(ii) Open a betting account in their name.

This application is considered granted and the betting account opened once ScoreBet informs the customer or accepts a bet after receiving the completed application form.
