11. Proof of Indebtness

For all purposes of these Terms, a certificate signed by any director, manager, assistant manager, trader or accountant of ScoreBet (whose appointment need not be proved) stating the amount of the Customer’s indebtedness to ScoreBet, shall be prima facie proof of such indebtedness.
