10. Adjustments

10.1  Adjustment or Cancellation of Credit Limit:

ScoreBet reserves the right to adjust or cancel the credit limit of a Customer at any time.

This adjustment or cancellation is at the discretion of ScoreBet and may be done without prior notice to the Customer.

10.2  Set-Off Rights:

ScoreBet has the right to set-off any amounts owed by the Customer against:

Funds standing to the credit of any of the Customer’s accounts with ScoreBet.

Any security held by ScoreBet.

Proceeds from such set-offs may be used by ScoreBet to satisfy any outstanding amounts owed by the Customer to ScoreBet.
