13. Termination

13.1      Suspension or Termination by SCOREBET:

ScoreBet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the provision of betting services to a customer without providing a reason.

Upon Suspension or Termination:

(i) Refund of Deposits: If ScoreBet suspends or terminates services to a customer, upon the customer's demand, ScoreBet will refund the balance of any funds held on deposit for the customer. This refund is made after adjusting for any losses, winnings, and taxes applicable. The refunded funds are cleared into ScoreBet's banking account.

(ii) Immediate Payment Obligation: Any amounts owed by the customer to ScoreBet become immediately payable upon suspension or termination.

13.2     Termination by Customer:

The customer has the right to terminate their contractual relationship with ScoreBet at any time after the final conclusion of any betting transactions and after settling all amounts owed to ScoreBet.

13.3      Refund of Deposits:

Upon termination by the customer, ScoreBet will refund the balance of any funds held on deposit for the customer. This refund is after adjusting for losses, winnings, and taxes.

ScoreBet will not accept any further bets from a customer whose betting services have been terminated under these terms.

To resume betting, the customer must submit a fresh account application form, which must be accepted by ScoreBet.
