6. Customer Deposits/ Payments

6.1        Methods of Depositing Funds:

Customers can deposit funds into their betting account by:

(i) Logging into their account using account number and secure password.

(ii) Selecting the "Deposit" function.

(iii) Choosing the deposit method:

a. Credit or Debit Card

b. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

c. Payment Vouchers

d. Direct Bank Transfer into ScoreBet's specified banking accounts.

e. Other methods provided by ScoreBet.

6.2        Payment Vouchers:

If depositing via payment vouchers:

The entire voucher amount must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Payment vouchers cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

6.3        Verification of Deposit Names:

If the names of the account/card holder do not match the Customer's name, deposited funds will be rerouted to the bank.

ScoreBet will suspend the betting account and request bank statements and proof of identification.

Account may be reactivated based on the provided information; failure to provide required documents may result in account termination.

6.4        Security Deposit:

Deposits are held as security for any amounts owed by the Customer to ScoreBet.

6.5        Bet Amount Limitation:

Customers must not place bets that exceed their available credit balance with ScoreBet.

Customer's responsibility to ensure available balance covers bet amount before placing a bet.

6.6        System Malfunctions:

If ScoreBet accepts a bet exceeding available credit due to system malfunction or other reasons:

ScoreBet may honour the bet, refund the stake without considering winnings, or restrict stake size without notice to prevent exceeding credit balance.

6.7        Waiver of Rights:

Acceptance of a bet over the available credit balance does not waive ScoreBet's rights to collect all amounts owed by the Customer or enforce appropriate limits later.

6.8        Debiting of Betting Account:

ScoreBet will debit the Customer’s betting account for accepted bets on an ongoing basis.

6.9        Credit Card Deposits:

Credit card deposits must be made by the cardholder whose name matches the name on the ScoreBet betting account.

6.10     Replenishment of Deposits:

Customers can replenish deposits at any time using the methods specified in Section 6.1.

Interest: No interest accrues on funds held in a betting account.

No Credit Offered: ScoreBet does not offer credit to any Customer.
