HOW TO WITHDRAW?

STEP 1: Click on your profile. This is the initials of your name at the top right corner in the yellow navigation bar.

STEP 2: Under your name, look for the buttons “Deposit” and “Withdraw”. Click on the “Withdraw” button.

STEP 3: Select a withdrawal method that best suits you. There are four different kinds of withdrawal methods.

Withdrawal method 1: EFT

Select the Banking provider you are with. You can wait up to 2-3 business days to receive the payment.

Withdrawal method 2: OZOW Instant EFT

By selecting this method, you will receive your money instantly.

Withdrawal method 3: ATM Withdrawal

This is offered at any FNB or Standard bank ATM. Once selecting this as your withdrawal method, and have placed the amount you wish to withdraw, you will receive pin number via SMS and you can go to your nearest FNB/ Standard bank ATM and withdraw your money using the pin sent to you.

Withdrawal method 4: Voucher

We offer a wide variety of vouchers that you can choose from. You can select a voucher from Makro, Pick ‘n Pay, MTN, Shoprite, Showmax, Vodacom and more.

*Please note that the withdrawal is automatically connected to the bank account that you have registered and FICA’d with. If you have a new bank account, contact support@scorebet.co.za and send them a new proof of account.

HOW TO SEE WITHDRAWAL APPROVAL?

STEP 1: Click on your profile. This is the initials of your name at the top right corner in the yellow navigation bar.

STEP 2: Under your name, look for the button called “transactions” and click on it.

STEP 3: Look at your transactional history, look for the date in question. Next to the date in question it will either say approved or rejected.
