‘CHRISTMAS RUSH: SLOTS LEADERBOARD’’

Terms & Conditions

·        Only operators in South Africa are offered to participate in this Network Promotion, subject to offering the games in scope via Evolution One Stop Shop platform solution.

·        Promotional Period: the “Christmas Rush” Network Promotion will run from 00:00 (UTC+2) on 13th December until 23:59 (UTC+2) on 20th December.

·        The Promotion will run on the following Games:

·        Promotion Mechanics: Each Game Round played on any of the Slots included in the Promotion throughout the Promotional Period will grant the player(s) 1 point towards the Christmas Rush Slots Leaderboard. The Top 250 players, based on points accumulated in the Leaderboard will share a total prize of R400,000 (four hundred thousand Rand).

·        Payout table will be as follows for the distribution of the R400,000 total prize:

·        The points towards the leaderboard will be allocated, regardless of whether the outcome of the game round has the player winning or losing.

·        The Players from operators participating to the “Christmas Mission” Network Promotion will be able to consult the Promotion's T&Cs by accessing https://promo.evolution.com/christmas-rush- leaderboard

·        A Push Notification will be put in place by Evolution to display this information to the players.

·        Operators must opt-in to the promotion by no later than 6^h December 2023 providing written confirmation.

·       The operators participating will be informed via email by the respective Key Account Manager and/or by the Evolution Promotion Team re the bonuses to allocate to their player(s), if applicable. Each operator with winning player/s is to inform the player/s and pay the winnings to the player’s account as a Cash prize, within 72h from the end of the Promotional Period.

·       Cash prizes cannot have any wagering requirements, players should be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they wish to do so.

·       All qualifying players will be announced on 21^st December 2023, and operators will be notified which players they would need to credit and advise, accordingly.

·       Evolution will deduct the value of the bonus retributed to the player(s) from the following monthly invoice, as such absorbing the cost for the promotion in full.

·       Elements of the dedicated promo pack provided by Evolution must be used on the gaming site(s), in newsletters and other media including social media. A Dedicated promo pack has been provided by Evolution with a variety of marketing assets to display on site.

·        The Games included in the ‘” Christmas Rush” Leaderboard Promotion must be displayed in a prominent placement on the website at all times throughout the Promotional Period. Failing to do so will result in the operator(s) being excluded from the Promotion.

·        It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the promotion is offered.

·        The parties agree that the promotion shall be governed by adequate binding terms and conditions which shall be stipulated by the operator and agreed by their players prior to permitting such players to participate in the promotion. Consequently, it is the responsibility of the operator to receive, respond to, and manage, all player queries and complaints in relation to the prize promotion and the awarded prize. The operator understands that Evolution’s involvement in such promotions is limited solely to ensuring that the Promotion is running as per the promotion terms and conditions.

·        Evolution’s role in the promotion is limited to ensuring the promotion runs as per the rules that the licenced bookmaker must make known to their players and take full responsibility for any complaints or disputes that arise, as it is the licensed bookmaker that is offering the promotion to its players and not Evolution. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of the licenced bookmaker to obtain the requisite permission from their regulator, in this case, The Mpumalanga Economic Regulator in order to participate and offer the promotion to their players.

·        To ensure Evolution and its customers/licenced bookmakers always act in accordance with the regulations, Evolution will only allow participation to those operators that have obtained the approval from the MER and have shared same with Evolution prior to the promotion commencing.
