Promotion Overview

Drops & Wins is a Pragmatic Play network promotion available across participating operators and selected Pragmatic Play slot games. The promotion runs for a full annual term and includes daily tournaments and weekly wheel drops running in parallel across the network.

Operators must opt in to participate. Players must also opt in through the promotional welcome pop-up in any participating game. Player opt-in is required once per promotional week.

Promotion Structure

Weekly Wheel Drops

To participate in a Weekly Wheel Drop, a player must opt in and place a real-money spin on a participating game. To qualify for a prize, the player must collect all 3 wheel pieces. Wheel pieces are randomly triggered on qualifying bets, and only one piece is awarded at a time.

Once all 3 pieces are collected, the player spins the wheel and receives 1 random prize. A player may win a maximum of 2 prizes during each Weekly Wheel Drop.

Wheel Drop prizes consist of either a fixed multiplier of the player’s winning bet amount or Free Spins. For payout purposes, the bet amount used for prize calculation cannot exceed €1 or local currency equivalent.

Daily Tournaments

To participate in a Daily Tournament, a player must opt in and place a real-money spin with a minimum stake of €0.15 or local currency equivalent on any participating game.

Only the first 5,000 qualifying bets placed by a player during a Daily Tournament are eligible to score on the leaderboard. Players must collect at least 1 leaderboard point to qualify for a prize.

Tournament score is calculated as the total sum of all win multipliers received during the Daily Tournament, using the formula:

Score = Win / Bet

Points are counted only where the win multiplier exceeds 1. Decimal values above 0.5 are rounded up to the next whole number, and values below 0.5 are rounded down to 0.

Key Player Rules

• Players must opt in before any gameplay counts toward the promotion
• Opt-in is required once per promotional week
• Free Spins must be claimed and used within 7 days of being awarded
• Cash prizes must be credited without wagering requirements
• Each player can win a maximum of 2 prizes during each Weekly Wheel Drop
• If players tie on the leaderboard, the player who reached the score first ranks higher
• Jackpot wins do not count toward Daily Tournament score

Operator Requirements

• Operators must opt in through their dedicated Pragmatic Play Account Manager or Country Director
• At least one Drops & Wins banner must appear on the operator’s official site
• The Drops & Wins logo must be added to participating games
• A dedicated Drops & Wins section must be placed prominently in the lobby
• Pragmatic Play promotional materials must not be altered without written approval
• Promo pack assets should be used on-site, in newsletters and across social media

Prize Payment and Reimbursement

• Cash prizes may be paid manually or automatically depending on integration method
• Operators must credit winning players within 72 hours after the relevant Daily Tournament or Weekly Wheel Drop ends
• Pragmatic Play reimburses operators for cash prizes by deducting amounts from the relevant operator invoice
• Operators may not reduce or withhold payouts due to local win limits or internal restrictions

Restricted Jurisdictions

Players located in Denmark, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Sweden are excluded from participating in the promotion.
